Paradise, Hawaiian Style
I doubt these two ran into Elvis on their trip to the Aloha state, but I'm sure they had some fun. They look as if the three of them had just landed, with their suitcases by their sides. Off to find adventure of their own, we must leave them, for the rest of their trip has vanished into thin air

Off Roadin'
Some people forget just how rugged older cars were. They were built for a country that had very few roads and even fewer repair shops. Everything was made to be fixed with a ball of twine and a hammer. Even though vintage cars is one of my lifelong passions, I can never completely trust myself to id cars made before 1930, so any suggestions would be welcome. Whatever brand forged this one, it seems to be all decked out: it has a sun visor, a fog lamp and off road tyres. This photo was most likely taken in southern Alberta, perhaps near Drumheller.

Oh Canada
I just love these small Kodachrome prints. these ones were taken in september 1960. On the sing it says "Canadian royal mounted police". Based on the trees, this was probably taken in Ontario or British Colombia. I still haven't figured out exactly where.

Up, up and away
Some photos that you find you can figure out instantly. This one is one of them. The only question is why they took the photo. Was it for insurance, or just for proof. Who knows. I love vintage cars, but I can never get truck names right. I believe this is a late 50's chevy or GMC, but any info would be nice. Thanks!
